Welcome to Earth Barbers Lawn Care!

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
We offer seasonal lawn care, landscaping, cleanups, flower bed installations, and related outdoor services. Availability may vary based on weather, scheduling, and project scope. Custom requests are welcome and quoted individually.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
– Provide clear access to the property
– Secure pets and remove obstacles
– Communicate changes or concerns promptly

3. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is transparent and based on project scope, materials, and labor. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Payment is required a month in advance for Mowing’s and due upon completion of all other services unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposits may be required for larger projects.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Services are scheduled based on availability and weather. Please notify us at least a day before to reschedule. Multiple late cancellations may incur a fee or termination of service.

5. Photo Documentation & Marketing
We may document projects for marketing purposes, including before-and-after photos. By booking a service, you grant permission to use these images unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Liability
We are not liable for:
– Pre-existing damage to property or landscaping
– Issues arising from undisclosed underground utilities
– Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

7. Intellectual Property
All branded materials, designs, and content created by Earth Barbers Lawn Care remain our intellectual property and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

8. Website Use
Content on this website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to update services, pricing, and policies at any time.
